Job Description
Responsibilities
• Report to the Engineering Coordinator and will be responsible for all functions relating to the position Artisan (Electrician)
• The incumbent has the responsibilities to examine and maintenance the Plant, Conveyor belt, Pumps and electrical components at plant & underground environment
• Duties include but are not limited to planned maintenance, breakdowns and project work
• Compliance with the company’s HSEC system
• Ensure implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company
• Standards / policies with specific reference to the primary functions of an Artisan Electrician
About you
• Grade 12 (With Math’s and Science)
• Full N2 Certificate (One subject being theory)
• Relevant Trade Certificate as Artisan (Electrician)
• Medium Voltage Certificate
• At least three (3) years’ experience as Artisan (Electrician) at the Plant & Mining environment
• Driver’s license and own transport
• Ability to function independently, good interpersonal skills, proficient communication skills in English
