Vacancy: Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to support daily operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods, assisting with loading and offloading, and ensuring that vehicles are maintained in good condition.

Organisation: Training and Resources in Early Education (TREE)
Location: 69 Krishna Rd, Umgeni Park, Durban, 4051
Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 (30 Minutes break)

Minimum Requirements

· Grade 12

· Valid Code 10 Driver’s License with PDP

· At least 2 years driving experience

· Good communication skills

· Must be punctual and reliable

· Must be comfortable travelling to deep rural communities

Key Responsibilities

· Provide driving support to different departments when required.

· Deliver and collect items such as boxes, food parcels, and other materials.

· Load and offload goods safely from vehicles.

· Ensure all deliveries are made on time to stakeholders and organisational partners.

· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

· Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition.

· Report any vehicle damages or maintenance issues immediately.

· Ensure vehicles are booked for services when required.
