Galencia Property is seeking a skilled and reliable
Building Maintenance Plumber
to join our maintenance team.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum
3 years' experience
as a Building Maintenance Plumber.
• Qualified Plumber with a relevant trade qualification (preferred).
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems within residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing faults efficiently.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance call-outs when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance across Company properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, blocked drains, toilets, taps, geysers, and water systems.
• Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to minimise downtime.
• Respond promptly to plumbing maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and plumbing regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed.
• Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure all property maintenance requirements are met.
