Key Responsibilities Operate Code 14 vehicles safely to deliver goods across various locations. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and performance. Follow all traffic laws and company protocols strictly during transportation. Keep detailed records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel use, and any delivery issues. Communicate effectively with dispatch and management about delivery status and challenges. Provide excellent customer service, representing Hestony positively during deliveries. Engage in ongoing training to enhance driving skills and stay updated on industry regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Code 14 Driver's License is mandatory. Proven professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or transportation. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and basic vehicle maintenance. Good physical fitness to handle long driving hours. Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles is an advantage. As part of our team, you will report to the Fleet Manager and collaborate closely with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Salary: R28,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Johannesburg.
