Job Description
We are looking for Picker and Packers ( MALES ONLY ) that will be based in our sites in Pinetown and Riverhorse Valley ( Inanda , Ntuzuma & Mashu ) .

Requirements:
β€’ Matric
β€’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
β€’ Be between the age of 19 - 29
β€’ Must reside in the described locations above or the surrounding area.
β€’ Must be criminally clear
β€’ Picking experience using an RF scanner would be an advantage

Warehouse Checker Job Description:
β€’ Checks, processes, and clears customers’ orders for shipments
β€’ Keeps the warehouse and its environs clean to ensure safety
β€’ Operates, cleans, and maintains all the equipment used in the warehouse
β€’ Sorts, arranges, and labels all the goods in the warehouse
β€’ Receives and examines all the incoming goods on behalf of the organization
β€’ Wears safety gears needed in the warehouse
β€’ Prepares all orders by the customers for shipment or for nearby purchase
β€’ Opens all containers having the incoming goods of the company
β€’ Collaborates with the procurement and sales department of the organization to ensure regular availability of goods
β€’ Keeps inventory or record of the movement of goods in and out of the organization
β€’ Could also offer valuable advice to the management of the organization on goods procurement and marketing strategies if need be.

Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
β€’ Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
β€’ Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
β€’ Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
β€’ Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
β€’ Reports any mechanical problems.
β€’ Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
β€’ Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
β€’ Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
β€’ Performs other duties as assigned.
