Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning and sanitation team in **Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA**. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning staff. Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced efficiently. Inspect work performed by cleaning staff to ensure quality standards are met. Train new cleaning personnel on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of equipment. Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial industry. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a cleaning environment.
