Job Description
This role involves overseeing electrical maintenance and repairs across all machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal plant efficiency and productivity. You will manage planned maintenance, breakdown support, fault finding, shutdown activities, and new installations, while ensuring machinery operates to required standards. The role also includes implementing electrical upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce downtime.

To be considered, you should have a National Senior Certificate and be a Trade Tested Electrician with an N2 Electrical qualification. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment is required, along with PLC experience and strong electrical knowledge. You should demonstrate good communication and numerical skills, with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and work independently under pressure. A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused approach is essential for success in this role.
