Position Title

Residential Security Team Member – Executive Protection

Position Overview

We are seeking professional, dependable, and highly observant Residential Security Team Members to provide protective services for private residences and executive clients. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through proactive security measures, access control, surveillance monitoring, patrol operations, and rapid response to incidents or emergencies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, communication skills, sound judgment, situational awareness, and the ability to operate discreetly in high-profile residential environments. Prior military, law enforcement, executive protection, or private security experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Provide residential security and protective presence for executives, family members, guests, and property.
β€’ Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols of residences and surrounding property.
β€’ Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, access control systems, and other security equipment.
β€’ Control and document all visitor access, deliveries, contractors, and vendors.
β€’ Identify suspicious activity and respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
β€’ Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and daily security reports.
β€’ Assist with executive arrivals, departures, and transportation coordination as needed.
β€’ Conduct perimeter checks and security sweeps of residential properties.
β€’ Enforce security protocols while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
β€’ Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when necessary.
β€’ Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, residences, schedules, and operations.

Required Qualifications
β€’ High school diploma or GED required.
β€’ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
β€’ Ability to pass background investigation.
β€’ Strong communication and report-writing skills.
β€’ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
β€’ Physically capable of standing, walking, and performing patrol duties for extended periods.
β€’ Schedule availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
β€’ Prior military, law enforcement, executive protection, or private security experience.
β€’ Current BSIS guard card and exposed carry card.
β€’ CA CCW
β€’ CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
β€’ Experience working in high-net-worth or high-profile residential environments.
β€’ Executive protection or defensive tactics training.
β€’ Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.
