We recently opened up a brand new 24-unit building in Philadelphia, so we're looking to grow our team to help us with cleaning turnovers. The building is in Old City, we will be looking to grow beyond this building, but for now all cleans will be in the same building.

"Airbnb/ ApartHotel Cleaning Specialist" Position Summary:

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as Airbnb/ Aparthotel Cleaning Specialists. In this role, you will ensure our units are spotless between check-ins, providing a top-notch guest experience. You will work independently most days but will also collaborate with our supportive team on larger projects.

Our standard guest check-out times are 11 AM, with guest check-in beginning at 4 PM. This means all cleaning must be completed during this 5 hour window. Punctuality and reliability are keyβ€”you must arrive on time every day to ensure units are guest-ready within this timeframe.

No prior cleaning experience is required; we fully train you on our systems and expectations to set you up for success. We provide basic cleaning supplies on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Once fully trained and comfortable, your typical day will consist of cleaning 2-5 units between 11 AM – 4 PM.

There will be opportunities for extra hours helping clean our buildings common areas, tidying up the rooftop deck, and assisting with laundry. However, the majority of the work involved will be between 11am - 4pm preparing units to make them guest-ready for check in time.

Primary Responsibilities:
β€’ Clean and prepare 2-5 units daily between check-out and check-in times.
β€’ Complete all laundry on-site during turnover (each unit has a washer & dryer).
β€’ Restock supplies (toiletries, paper products, etc.) as needed.
β€’ Report any maintenance issues to the manager.
β€’ Ensure all units are fully guest-ready by check-in time.
β€’ Assisting with cleaning of common areas, elevator, rooftop deck, and laundry

Position Requirements:

βœ” Reliability – Punctuality is critical. You must be on time every day to complete cleans before 4 PM.

βœ” Transportation – Reliable transportation to and from work each day, including walking, public transit, and working vehicle.

Compensation & Employment Type:
