Duties
β€’ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment on various construction sites
β€’ Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs
β€’ Perform welding and assembly tasks related to plumbing components and piping systems
β€’ Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
β€’ Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems into existing structures and performing carpentry tasks as needed
β€’ Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues effectively
β€’ Support HVAC system installations where mechanical knowledge applies, ensuring optimal operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units

Qualifications
β€’ Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with hands-on work on construction sites
β€’ Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment
β€’ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
β€’ Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus
β€’ Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
β€’ Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting purposes
β€’ Valid commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain one is preferred
β€’ Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous but not required
