Duties
• Sort incoming materials and products accurately according to size, type, or destination to streamline processing.
• Pack items securely using appropriate techniques to prevent damage during transit.
• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments using heavy machinery while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing sanitation tasks and ensuring equipment is free of debris.
• Support waste management efforts by handling garbage trucks and participating in sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all items are sorted, packed, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner.

Qualifications
• Prior experience with loader operation, forklift driving, or heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods; physical stamina is essential.
