You should have at least 10 years of welding experience with a minimum of 5 years in a foreman or leadership role, along with experience in commercial or industrial pipe welding. You must be confident reading blueprints, weld maps, and specifications, and be able to guide crews in both stick (ARC) and MIG welding. A 6G certification is required. Experience with stainless steel welding is a plus. You should also be comfortable operating equipment, supporting field coordination, and enforcing safety standards across the jobsite. A valid driver's license and an insurable driving history are required.
