Your Role in Synergy's Success

Position Summary: As a Packaging Operator I, you’ll join a hands-on, team oriented environment where you help turn batches of flavors into finished products. Working side-by-side with Batch Compounders, you’ll package items safely and accurately while keeping production moving smoothly. You’ll handle equipment, apply correct labels, and ensure each order is filled just right.

How You Will Contribute

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Pack production batches and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Record production and other data accurately on specified forms and documents
• Follow sanitary guidelines for CIP and cleaning
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, supplies and packaging materials efficiently.
• Learn and understand food safety concepts and their importance in making our products.
• Promptly observe and clearly communicate food or other product quality matters to Shift Leads or Management.
• Consistently perform assigned duties in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.
• Consistently perform and complete assigned duties without errors or other defects.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.
• Must have attention to detail and can perform basic mathematics.
• Must follow safety requirements, forklift policy and wear required PPE.
• Ability to manually lift 50 lbs. continuously when necessary
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.

Starting Salary : $17.00/hr

The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
