Job Description
Los Angeles Poultry is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals for a dual role supporting both production operations and facility cleaning.

This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and willing to take on a mix of hands-on plant work and maintaining clean, organized office spaces.

Schedule
• Tuesday – Friday: Production work + light office cleaning
• Saturday: Full shift dedicated to cleaning all office areas, kitchens, and restrooms

Responsibilities Production Duties (Primary – Tues–Fri)
• Assist with poultry processing and production flow
• Use knives or tools for cutting and handling raw poultry (if applicable)
• Support plant operations as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Cleaning Duties (Daily + Full Saturday Shift)
• Clean office spaces, break rooms, and kitchens
• Clean and sanitize office restrooms
• Take out trash and maintain overall cleanliness
• Ensure all office areas are stocked and presentable

Work Environment
• Cold temperature production facility
• Fast-paced, physical work environment
• Safety gear and training provided

Requirements
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Willing to perform both production and cleaning duties
• Reliable and able to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule
• Able to handle physical work (standing, lifting, moving)
• English and/or Spanish preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and dependability required
