Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Foreman / Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team and to support our expanding project portfolio across North Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in mentoring others, guiding teams, coordinating field operations, and delivering exceptional work quality. You'll play a key role in the successful execution of plumbing installations on commercial and industrial projects across DFW and North Texas.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
• Lead and coordinate plumbing crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on job sites.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations.
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment for water, gas, drainage, and other plumbing systems.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
• Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced plumbers.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and project progress.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
• Current Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required).
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• 1–3 years in a foreman or lead role preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, drawings, and schematics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple trades.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
