Job Description
PLUMBER POSITION- Plumber needed with a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial/restaurant service and repair. We are open 24/7 and job will consist of primarily maintenance work, basic work responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
• Responsibilities:
• Solving cross connections
• Install waste and vent piping
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Experience with mixing valves and pressure regulators
• Troubleshoot water heaters and installing new water heaters
• Test hot and cold piping, waste and vent piping, and gas systems
• Cut openings in walls and floors for repairs
• Measure, cut, and thread pipes
• Test pipes for leaks using pressure gauges

Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment for plumbing installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installation
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations for transporting materials to job sites
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and installations
