Our community is looking for a Driver to join our team.

Driver Responsibilities
β€’ Responsible for providing timely and courteous transportation for the residents to and from various activities while providing quality service.
β€’ Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
β€’ Secures passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.
β€’ Safely operates radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
β€’ Maintains all community vehicles in good working condition.
β€’ Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
β€’ Assists with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process.
β€’ Inspects and documents vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis.

Qualifications
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent.
β€’ Must be 21 years or older.
β€’ Current commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required with an acceptable driving record in accordance with Federal Department of Transportation regulations.
β€’ Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
β€’ Must be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
β€’ Competent in organization, time management skills and handling multiple priorities.
