Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Cleaner, On Call Only for the 2nd Shift to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. As an on-call cleaner, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services as needed during the second shift, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across various commercial and industrial facilities. Responsibilities
• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Conduct custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitation
• Assist with light maintenance tasks related to facilities upkeep or report issues requiring specialized repair or attention
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment
• Respond promptly to on-call requests for cleaning services during the scheduled shift or as needed
• Maintain cleanliness logs and report any damages or safety concerns immediately

Experience
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures
• Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing is highly desirable
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices is a plus
• Familiarity with residential painting or general maintenance work can be beneficial but is not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
