Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and Assistance:
β€’ Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
β€’ Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
β€’ Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

Access Control:
β€’ Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
β€’ Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
β€’ Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.

Security and Safety:
β€’ Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
β€’ Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
β€’ Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.

Communication:
β€’ Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
β€’ Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
β€’ Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
