Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cashier at Burger King, you will play an essential role in supporting daily restaurant operations by providing friendly customer service and ensuring smooth order processing. You will be responsible for maintaining an inviting and efficient work environment during your shift.
• Greet guests with eye contact and a smile, answering questions about the menu
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, including special requests and modifications
• Process payments via cash, credit card, and other methods, ensuring correct change is given
• Suggest additional menu items or combos based on promotions and customer preferences
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow proper cash handling procedures
• Resolve customer complaints respectfully and process refunds when necessary
• Assemble food orders according to specifications, including packaging and condiments
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including counters, registers, dining room, restrooms, and exterior
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Count cash drawers and adhere to daily cash handling protocols
