We are a fast\-paced beauty products manufacturer based in Los Angeles seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate<\/b> to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in order picking and packing, who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
<\/p><\/li>
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
<\/p><\/li>
• Organize and stock products in appropriate warehouse locations
<\/p><\/li>
• Prepare shipping documents and labels using warehouse software
<\/p><\/li>
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving areas
<\/p><\/li>
• Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies
<\/p><\/li>
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
<\/p><\/li>
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Qualifications:<\/b>

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order picking and packing
<\/p><\/li>
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy

• Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and inventory systems
<\/p><\/li>
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand\/walk for extended periods
<\/p><\/li>
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Know how to use a computer for Data Entry.

• English reading and writing.
