Pay: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:45 PM - 1:30 AM | Overtime Available.

This is more than packaging - it is a critical role that ensures products leave the facility secure, compliant, and ready for delivery across the country and abroad.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of the production team, you will:
• Prepare and package finished materials according to detailed work instructions.
• Operate strapping, banding, shrink-wrap, and stretch-wrap equipment.
• Build secure pallets for domestic and export shipments, including blocking and dunnage.
• Verify weights and dimensions using industrial scales and measuring tools.
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure (testing required).
• Operate a forklift to stage and move materials safely.
• Inspect products to ensure quality, labeling accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
Your attention to detail will directly support on-time shipping, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What You Bring:
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Experience with packaging equipment and material handling.
• Strong measuring skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Dependability, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
Safety & Compliance Requirements:
• Must be clean-shaven to ensure proper respirator fit.
• Must be able to wear a respirator for the duration of the shift.
• Must be willing to shower at the end of each shift in accordance with safety protocols.
• Must pass background screenings and drug testing.
