Responsibilities

Waverly Heights is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team. Our Housekeepers play an important role in ensuring a clean, organized, safe, and comfortable living environment for our residents. The daily responsibilities include:
• Performing daily cleaning and sanitization of resident units and common areas, including but not limited to living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and corridors
• Ensuring that all cleaning procedures meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, in line with established protocols
• Adhere to infection control and health and safety regulations to promote the well-being of residents and staff
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns, maintaining a compassionate and respectful environment
• Uphold a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and fellow team members.

Our full-time Housekeepers are scheduled 37.5 hours per week. Some weekend hours and holidays required. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
