Job Description
Experienced Plumber Needed

Pacific Plumbing Team is looking for an experienced service plumber to handle residential plumbing calls in the West Los Angeles area. The right candidate is reliable, clean, professional, comfortable working independently, communicates well with customers, can diagnose plumbing issues, provide estimates, close jobs, and complete quality work from start to finish.

Requirements:

Solid understanding of California Plumbing Codes.

At least 5 years of previous experience in plumbing services.

Familiarity with general construction tasks, tools, and procedures.

Hard-working and positive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Punctuality and reliability.

Professional and clean appearance.

Strong communication skills – ability to effectively interact with phone operators, customers, and contractors.

Sales experience – ability to provide estimates and close jobs.

Must live within 10 miles of West Los Angeles.

Valid California ID and driver’s license with a clean record.

Ability to pass a drug and background screening.

Responsibilities:

Handle plumbing service calls.

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues.

Take charge and responsibility for projects from start to finish.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Perform plumbing estimates, troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Ability to make sales and recommendations to customers for additional services as needed.

Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and standards.

Drive safely and keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Communicate with the office and team members in real time.
