Position Summary
As our Director of Operations, you’ll be the engine behind multiple high-performing restaurants. Here are some of the things you will do: Lead with Impact – Drive day-to-day excellence across multiple locations. Build Greatness – Mentor and develop General Managers and their teams to consistently raise the bar. Own the Numbers – Analyze performance, boost profitability, and steer strategic growth. Deliver Events that Wow – Oversee private events and banquet operations to ensure flawless execution and revenue success.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Team Development: Mentor and support restaurant General Managers and their teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service.
• Financial Management: Drive profitability by analyzing financial reports, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
• Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently maintained.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Guest Experience: Champion a guest-centric approach to ensure every guest has a 5-star, memorable dining experience.
Qualifications
• 7+ years in upscale, full-service restaurant management (3+ at GM level, 2+ in multi-unit leadership)
• Proven success leading an upscale, single-unit restaurant generating $25MM+ in annual revenue
• Proven track record in overseeing private events, banquet operations, and private event sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and systems, including POS, food & beverage service, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Strong ability to develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
