Job Description
A nationwide, union-affiliated janitorial company is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our housekeeping team. You will provide essential cleaning services in commercial spaces, such as shopping malls and retail establishments, where engaging with the public is a key part of the job. Some positions may require outdoor work.

Please note that this is a union job, and employees are expected to pay union initiation fees and monthly dues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning restrooms to maintain hygiene.
• Maintaining food court common areas by wiping tables and chairs and disposing of trash.
• Vacuuming common areas, break rooms, and private offices effectively.
• Cleaning and maintaining common area glass surfaces, including doors and mirrors.
• Refilling supplies and dispensers as needed.
• Patrolling common areas, monitoring for spills, cleaning them promptly, and identifying potential hazards.
• Emptying wastebaskets and larger trash containers into a trash compactor.
• Mopping and scrubbing floors using an auto scrubber.
