Job Description
Pretty Cool Ice Cream is hiring a Team Lead for our packing department. Our packing team members help package product, keep inventory and pick product for catering, wholesale and event orders. Our packers work Tues-Sat 11am-7pm with the possibility of occasional Sunday shifts. Packers must be comfortable standing for 8 hour shifts, performing repetitive movement and lifting at least 50lbs. Experience with belt sealers a plus but not required.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
ο‚· leads team in packaging product quickly and efficiently using inventory
board and upcoming orders to decide packing order.
ο‚· leads team in setting aside wholesale, events and catering orders
ο‚· Responsible for weekly walk-in inventory. Maintains and updates inventory
throughout the week and notifies kitchen management of any inventory discrepancies.
ο‚· Keeps walk-in clean and organized, keeping in mind easy access for front of house
employees, order of upcoming events, flow of inventory through the shop and
following proper β€œFirst In First Out” procedure.
ο‚· Informs front of house when product comes back in stock or new products are ready
to be put on the menu.
ο‚· Maintains allergen policy, ensuring that all guests are safe to consume our products
as they are outlined in the allergen and restricted diet protocol.
