Job Description
Sentinel Cleaning LLC is looking to connect with experienced independent cleaners for upcoming commercial cleaning contracts in the Hudson Valley / Orange County NY area.

Sentinel Cleaning specializes in cleaning medical offices, clinics, and professional office spaces. We are building a network of reliable independent cleaners to handle new commercial accounts as they are secured.

This is independent contractor work (not a W-2 employee position). Work will be assigned on a per-account basis as new client contracts are obtained.

Most cleaning services take place after business hours in the evening.

Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain commercial office spaces and medical facilities
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, counters, door handles, and light switches
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Maintain a professional and sanitary environment for clients

Requirements
• Prior cleaning experience preferred (commercial or office cleaning)
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reliable transportation to job locations
• Ability to work evenings / after business hours
• Detail oriented and dependable
