Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bench Welder to perform precision welding and assembly of small to medium-sized metal components in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work from blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal parts at a bench workstation
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Assemble and fit components prior to welding
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools, grinders, and measuring equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety standards

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of bench welding or similar fabrication experience
• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
