Job Description
Position Purpose

We are seeking a hands-on market builder to personally develop and expand our U.S. dealer and distribution network for welding fume extraction solutions.

This role is execution-driven. The successful candidate will directly engage distributors, train dealer sales teams, and drive real market adoption through field activity.

This is not a management or strategy role.

Primary Mission

Build an active, revenue-generating U.S. dealer network through direct personal effort.

Success will be measured by:
• New active dealer relationships
• Dealer-generated sales growth
• Market penetration across targeted regions

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development
• Identify and recruit qualified distributors and dealers.
• Conduct outreach, relationship building, and onboarding directly.
• Establish strong dealer engagement and accountability.

Field Market Development
• Travel extensively across the U.S.
• Conduct joint sales calls with dealers.
• Support demonstrations and customer applications.
• Drive early wins to create momentum.

Dealer Activation
• Train dealer sales teams on positioning and value.
• Assist in closing initial opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact to ensure engagement translates into sales.

Market Feedback
• Provide practical, field-driven insights on pricing, positioning, and competitor activity.

Required Experience
• 5–12 years in industrial field sales or channel development.
• Demonstrated history of personally growing territories or dealer networks.
• Experience selling through industrial distributors.
• Background in one or more:
• Welding equipment
• Industrial air filtration
• Industrial safety solutions
• Ventilation or dust collection systems

Required Characteristics
• Self-directed executor.
• Comfortable operating without heavy internal support.
• Strong follow-up discipline.
• Practical and action-oriented.
