Security Specialist – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Onsite : Houston, TX

We are looking for an IAM Security Specialist with strong experience supporting organizations in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). This role will focus on designing RBAC from the ground up, establishing governance structures, and guiding the client through key dependencies and best practices.

Responsibilities
• Support the design and implementation of a new RBAC framework.
• Assist with access governance setup and define related processes.
• Provide guidance to client teams on RBAC dependencies and organizational impacts.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on role definitions.
• Utilize experience with IAM platforms, including Oracle Identity Management (OIM), for integration and access workflows.
• Contribute to both the technical RBAC build and the governance/policy components.

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in RBAC implementation and access governance.
• Background working with IAM platforms; familiarity with OIM is preferred.
• Experience building or contributing to RBAC models from scratch.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
