Lead the Team That Keeps Aircraft Clean, Safe, and Ready for Takeoff

We are hiring a Senior Lead Custodian / Aircraft Cabin Cleaning Lead to oversee a team responsible for cleaning and preparing aircraft cabins between flights at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. This leadership role is ideal for someone with janitorial, airport, or facilities experience who is ready to step up and lead in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of cabin cleaners servicing aircraft between arrivals and departures
• Ensure aircraft interiors are cleaned quickly and thoroughly (seats, tray tables, lavatories, aisles, galleys)
• Coordinate team assignments to meet tight airline turnaround schedules
• Inspect work to ensure quality, safety, and airline compliance standards
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety, and equipment use
• Monitor supplies and ensure cleaning materials are stocked and ready
• Communicate with airport operations and supervisors to keep flights on schedule
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, airport cleaning, or aircraft cabin cleaning
• Prior leadership, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive airport environment
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in confined aircraft spaces
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability (including nights/weekends/holidays)
• Must be able to pass background check and airport badging requirements
