Restaurant Manager Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-volume upscale or upscale restaurant
• Experience with a steakhouse is preferred
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
• Organizational leadership and problem-solving skills
• Team player with the ability to take and provide direction
