Job Description
The Operations Manager is a leader of each store's front of the house team and is focused on all operations of the front of the house as it applies to guest relations, food, vendor relations, personnel, cleanliness, and organization. The Operations Manager reports directly to the General Manager.

The Operations Manager at Black Walnut Cafe ensures that the front of the house operations meet expectations during a 50-55 hour work week. The Operations Manager is responsible for the store operations in the absence of the General Manager. They must maintain positive guest relations by ensuring proper personnel levels are met each shift, staff are prepared to meet every guest need and maintain spectacular restrooms and dining areas. Must manage security and shrinkage control, overall sanitation of dining room and personnel levels. Responsibilities include by are not limited to: guest relations, staff scheduling, inventory control, checking in orders, line check, prep lists, invoice processing including credits, working with other members of the management team.
