Western 13 OTR and Regional Driver Overview
• Strong base pay with bonus upside. Start at 58CPM with the ability to earn up to $0.04 /mi monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.
• Extra pay for experience and effort. Earn more with detention pay, layover pay, extra stop pay, driver assist pay, clean inspection bonuses, and +2 /mi for military veterans.
• Hazmat pays more. Earn an additional $75 for every placarded hazmat load.
• Flexible home time options. Regional drivers run about 70 hours before a 34-hour reset at home, while OTR drivers stay out a minimum of 2 weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, and TX.
• Driver-friendly freight and equipment. Haul 100% no-touch freight in 2022-2025 Freightliner, Kenworth, and Volvo trucks.
• Optional per diem available. Additional flexibility to structure your pay.
