• Follow established recipes and kitchen systems
• Label, date, and store all products following FIFO rotation
• Keep walk-ins and dry storage clean and organized at all times

Service (brunch & dinner)
• Set up and manage your station from start to finish

• Manage ticket flow and stay organized under pressure
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion control throughout service
• Clean and reset your station after service

Additional responsibilities
• Receive deliveries and verify quality and quantities
• Communicate low inventory clearly and proactively
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–4 years of prep or line cook experience in a professional kitchen

• Punctual and professional in attitude and conduct
