About the Role
In this position, you will diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and professional customer service. You will work directly with homeowners to identify issues, explain solutions, and complete work the right way. Success in this role comes from strong technical ability, clear communication, and taking ownership of your work in the field.

What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, perform installations and maintenance with a focus on quality and efficiency, communicate clearly with homeowners about issues and recommended solutions, deliver professional service on every call, and represent Baethke Plumbing with integrity and craftsmanship.

Compensation & Earning Potential
• True base salary of $125,000, not commission-only
