Multi-Site Security Officer to Permanent – On-Call Coverage

Weekdays & Weekends | Mornings, Evenings, and Overnights

We are seeking professional, dependable Multi-Site Security Officers to support multiple high-profile commercial properties. This position requires a high level of flexibility, reliability, and professionalism, as assignments are based on operational needs and coverage demands.

As a Multi-Site Officer, you will serve as part of our rapid-response coverage team, providing support for call-offs, vacancies, special assignments, and emergencies. This role is best suited for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and able to meet variable scheduling requirements.

Scheduling & Availability Requirements (Mandatory)
β€’ Must be able to work at least two (2) of the following three (3) shifts: mornings, evenings, or nights
β€’ Night shift availability is mandatory
β€’ Open availability on weekends is mandatory
β€’ Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends as needed
β€’ This is an on-call position; schedules are based on operational demand

Applicants who cannot meet 24/7 availability requirements should not apply.

Important Scheduling Notice

Availability is a condition of employment for this position. Scheduling is not guaranteed and is based on business needs, officer availability, and performance. Officers who are unable or unwilling to meet required availability or who decline offered assignments may experience limited scheduling or may not be eligible for continued assignment.

60-Day Floater Program

All new hires begin in the Floater Program for a minimum of 90 days before becoming eligible for permanent placement.

This program is designed to:
β€’ Train officers across multiple sites and post assignments
β€’ Build adaptability and readiness under varying conditions
β€’ Evaluate dependability, professionalism, and performance
β€’ Identify officers for permanent assignment based on operational needs

Successful completion may result in assignment to a permanent post.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Provide short-term or emergency coverage across multiple client sites
β€’ Conduct patrols, maintain access control, and monitor CCTV systems
β€’ Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
β€’ Accurately complete patrol logs and incident reports
β€’ Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
β€’ Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times

Requirements
β€’ Minimum 1 year of professional security experience (required)
β€’ Commercial, high-rise, or multi-site experience preferred
β€’ Active Level II or Level III security license (per state law)
β€’ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
β€’ Strong situational awareness and communication skills
β€’ Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable
β€’ Must maintain consistent night and weekend availability

Pay & Performance

Compensation is merit-based and reflects reliability, availability, and performance. Officers who consistently demonstrate flexibility and professionalism may be eligible for performance increases and priority consideration for permanent assignments.
