Job Title: Picker/Packer – Inbound
Department: Warehouse – Receiving
Reports To: Inbound Supervisor / Warehouse Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 2:30PM)

Job Summary:
The Inbound Picker/Packer is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming products and materials in the warehouse. This role ensures that all incoming shipments are accurately accounted for, labeled, and properly stored for future order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload incoming shipments from trucks and verify against packing slips and purchase orders
• Inspect products for damage, quantity, and accuracy
• Label items and input received inventory into warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Organize and stock products in appropriate warehouse locations
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving area
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the inbound supervisor
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in receiving or inventory preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems a plus
• Forklift certification is a plus
