Cleaning Staff Position
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable cleaning staff to maintain company properties, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing all rooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for guests.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows and mirrors.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
• Restock and organize all property supplies and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency across properties.
• Adhere to company policies and cleaning standards.
• Adhere to property protocols to maintain service standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or related field preferred.
• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within time constraints.
• Reliable transportation to and from the property site.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
