About the Company
MGR Workforce is hiring MIG and TIG Welder a custom industrial services company specializing in complex installations, heavy machinery relocation, and custom fabrication. Every project is different. One day you may be building stairs, the next working on platforms or machinery. This is a true custom shop environment where adaptability and craftsmanship matter.

Position Overview
The experienced MIG and TIG Welder will take the project from raw material to finished product. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across the full fabrication process, including cutting, assembly, welding, and final fit-up. You will be working on one-off custom projects, not repetitive production work.

Responsibilities
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel and occasional aluminum
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Cut, fit, and assemble materials based on job specifications
• Complete projects from raw material through final assembly
• Use shop equipment such as saws, presses, and other fabrication machinery (training provided as needed)
• Bolt, assemble, and finish fabricated components
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read and work from blueprints
• Strong fabrication skills from start to finish
• Experience with cutting, fitting, and assembly
• Comfortable working in a custom job shop environment
• Experience working with carbon steel; aluminum experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and operate shop machinery
