BTB Los Angeles is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick & Pack Associate to support our daily ecommerce and wholesale operations. This role is primarily responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping items fulfilled through online and wholesale orders, while helping maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work carefully and efficiently in a fast-paced fashion warehouse setting.

Position Summary

Primarily responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping items sold, ordered, purchased, or otherwise fulfilled through online and wholesale orders. This role will help ensure efficient, safe, and professional packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory support for BTB Los Angeles.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Ticket garments
• Fold, bag, and prepare garments for shipment
• Complete orders, including picking merchandise, packing orders, and preparing shipments
• Process customer returns accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and general warehouse upkeep
• Help maintain accurate order fulfillment and shipping standards
• Ensure all warehouse procedures, policies, and quality standards are followed
• Maintain safe working conditions within the warehouse and exercise care to prevent injury to self and others
• Lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required
• Requirements
• Ability to start shifts at the designated time
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed
• Willingness and ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or fashion industry experience is a plus
