We are actively hiring CDL-A drivers for our Southwest Regional Fleet based out of Dallas, TX. This position offers consistent miles, weekly home time, and steady earnings with a reputable carrier.
• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset at home)
• Running Area: Southwest Regional routes designed to keep you moving while getting you home every week
• Freight:
• 100% No-Touch Freight
• 50–60% Drop & Hook
• 40–50% Live Unload
• Average Weekly Miles: ~2,000 miles (depending on HOS and availability)
• Late-model trucks: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths
• Reliable, well-maintained fleet for driver comfort and safety
• Performance Bonus: Up to an additional +3 CPM (based on safety, miles, and productivity)
• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
