Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. This is a hybrid opportunity for a Floor Manager/Bartender. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, manage staff effectively, and maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties
• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee bar operations, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations..
• Utilize Toast POS systems for order management and reporting.
• Implement food safety protocols to guarantee the health and safety of guests and staff.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in food service, customer interaction, and operational efficiency.

Skills
• Proficient knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation and service standards.
• Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial reports effectively.
• Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on team leadership and staff training.
• Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
