Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Chef and Partner to lead culinary operations and contribute to the growth of an innovative dining establishment. Responsibilities
β€’ Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
β€’ Oversee food safety protocols, dietary department standards, and maintain compliance with health regulations.
β€’ Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability.
β€’ Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team.
β€’ Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and creativity.
β€’ Implement efficient food service management practices to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining setting.

Experience
β€’ Proven culinary experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management.
