Professional Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Houston, Texas

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Compensation: 24.5% Commission per cleaning performed

Growth Path: Start as a cleaner, transition into a Supervisor, and eventually take over client scheduling!

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented cleaner who is ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a reliable, communicative, and thorough Cleaning Supervisor to join our Client’s team in Houston. You will start by mastering the cleaning standards on the job, but this isn't just a standard cleaning role. Our client needs someone who can manage daily tasks on their app, lead a small team on-site, handle client relations, and ensure every home sparkles before the team leaves.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Quality Control:
β€’ Assign daily cleaning rotations to teammates.
β€’ Inspect all cleaning work thoroughly before leaving the job site.
β€’ Provide real-time, constructive feedback to teammates if a spot was missed

Client Relations:
β€’ Warmly greet clients upon arrival.
β€’ Listen to special requests and either inform the office or kindly direct the client to text the office for scheduling changes.

Operations & Tech:
β€’ Update job statuses and complete daily tasks in the app.
β€’ Attend team meetings with the Manager to review what is working, what isn't, and share feedback for improvement.

Future Growth: Learn the ropes of the business to eventually take over scheduling the cleanings and management.
