Role and Responsibilities:

As a Order Picker / Packer, you will assist with daily distribution center activities by receiving, organizing, and moving merchandise accurately and safely. You will use warehouse equipment, manage product flow, and complete essential tasks that ensure shipments are prepared and delivered on schedule.
β€’ Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks in accordance with established safety standards.
β€’ Move products throughout the facility by lifting, carrying, pushing, rolling, or utilizing hand trucks and related equipment.
β€’ Operate forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, and other material handling machinery to transport merchandise.
β€’ Sort, stage, organize, and prepare products to maintain accurate inventory flow.
β€’ Stage items for shipment to support timely and precise distribution processes.
β€’ Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
β€’ Adhere to company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures.
β€’ Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily productivity and performance targets.
β€’ Fulfill responsibilities under roles such as General Warehouse Associate or General Warehouse Associate II based on experience and business needs.
