About H&G Systems
H&G Systems has been a trusted name in mechanical construction since 1968, with expanded capabilities in electrical and complex commercial and industrial systems. Our work is primarily design-build and negotiated projects, which means you will be part of projects that require precision, coordination, and strong field leadership. We are known for delivering high-quality work, maintaining long-term relationships, and building teams that take pride in their craft.

What You'll Do
You will oversee and support welding crews across commercial and industrial job sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to spec. This includes coordinating daily field operations, mentoring welders, reviewing weld quality, interpreting blueprints and weld maps, and working closely with project teams to keep jobs on track. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, solving field challenges, and making sure the work reflects the level of craftsmanship H&G is known for.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with a strong welding background who can lead from the front. You should have at least 10 years of welding experience with a minimum of 5 years in a foreman or leadership role, along with experience in commercial or industrial pipe welding. You must be confident reading blueprints, weld maps, and specifications, and be able to guide crews in both stick (ARC) and MIG welding. A 6G certification is required. Experience with stainless steel welding is a plus. You should also be comfortable operating equipment, supporting field coordination, and enforcing safety standards across the jobsite. A valid driver's license and an insurable driving history are required.
