Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards
• Assist with food prep and station setup
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness during downtime
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with closing duties

Additional Expectations:
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
• Willingness to take direction and be redirected as needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual

Qualifications:
• Required: Valid Texas Food Handler Certificate (or obtain shortly after hire)
• Line cook experience preferred, but not required

Schedule:
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Full-time: approximately 35–40 hours per week
• Part-time: approximately 20–25 hours per week
