Job Description
We are hiring a Welder for a high-volume production environment in Wood Dale.

Requirements
• MUST pass weld test
• Recent Welding Trade School degree/certification required
• Experience or training in MIG & TIG welding
• Comfortable welding thin material
• Able to read blueprints
• Experience using calipers and micrometers

Responsibilities
• MIG & TIG production welding on thin-gauge metal parts
• Build products such as shelves, tables, cabinets, and store fixtures
• Read blueprints and assemble/weld parts using JIGs
• Tack and finish welds to print specifications
• Maintain quality and production output standards

Training & Expectations
• First month includes hands-on training and shadowing with the lead welder
• By the end of the first month, candidates should be able to independently read blueprints and fabricate completed products
